**POSITION OVERVIEW
The Coca-Cola Company - Coca Cola Pacific Refreshment is a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. We are an export facility, specializing in the manufacturing of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and South West Asia business units. The plant just completed an Expansion wing, incorporating Industry 4.0 practices, which will take it to the next level of doubling its manufacturing capacity in the next 3-5 years.

The objective of this role is:

- Supervise and /or execute all tasks related to maintaining, calibrating, repairing and inspecting building utilities.
- Oversee all assignments related to remodelling, renovation, and maintenance of the facility.
- Service monitor and supervise works at Automatic Storage and Retrieval System warehouse (ASRS) ensuring equipment is fit for use and is properly maintained based on OEM standard.
- Oversee the safe operation of the boilers and associated equipment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates and provides instructions to external vendors engaged in preventive / corrective programs executed in the building utilities.
- Train Operation technicians to operate, troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs to basic maintain the operation of utility equipment.
- Provides technical support to the manufacturing department as required and in accordance to scheduled work.
- Leads and develop Improvement projects. Continuously seek opportunities to improve utility equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support Integrated Management Systems development and continuous improvement. Review maintenance records to ensure adherence to applicable standards such as (e.g. ISO 9000, ISO 14,000, OHSAS 18,000 ,ISO 22000 and KORE
- Manage Plant Engineering tools, equipment, accessories and utility spare part Stores.
- Execute basic preventative maintenance on the steam boiler unit and automated warehouse equipment, conducts routine rounds on Utilities

**QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for various mechanical systems including conveyors, plumbing, heating, irrigation, drainage, and others
- Knowledge of the engineering principles and practices of the facilities engineering service.
- Basic knowledge of the standards, codes, and regulations pertaining to the construction, and maintenance of structures and facilities.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic system commonly found in public facilities, such as indoor and outdoor lighting systems and timing devices.
- Skill in planning, designing, organizing, and executing electrical upgrade projects mandated by changing codes, regulations and safety requirements.
- Preferable at least 3 years’ experience. Food Industry / manufacturing company / Automatic Storage and Retrieval System warehouses (ASRS) / Boiler experience would be advantageous.
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronic.
