**What the role is**
- As an Assistant Engineer in Facilities Management, you will be part of the team responsible for the maintenance of the facilities at the various Reservoir Installations. Work activities include maintenance and repair of building, maintenance of M&E system such as water features, ACMV systems, lightings and fittings, plumbing and sewage system, maintenance of landscape and cleanliness, lastly management of carpark operators.

**What you will be working on**
- Your job role will include, but is not limited to the following: - Assist and support the Facilities Managers - Liaise and co-ordinate with the relevant department for Facilities Management (FM) related works - Inspect buildings and ground - Supervise the work carried out by contractors - Supervise the scheduled servicing and maintenance of FM related equipment - Monitor contractor performance and processes to ensure compliance with requirements - Support the day to day FM operations and ensure that all administrative functions and facilities services are carried out satisfactorily. - Assist in project management - Attend to public feedback and enquiries on FM related maintenance works. - Prepare monthly service / maintenance reports - Issuance of Work Orders for maintenance works - Other administrative support and ad-hoc duties as assigned**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in Engineering - Applicants with experience with planning and carrying out facilities management / maintenance of mechanical / electrical equipment are preferred - Resourceful with good organisational, communication, interpersonal and writing skills - Proficient in MS Office Applications - Able to work independently as well as good team player - Able to work on weekends and after office hours whenever necessary - Able to respond to urgent situations outside normal working hours on short notice - Possess a valid driving licence
