**Discover your exciting role**:

- To lead, perform, review and implement planning/scheduling function for the projects, by following the corporate standards processes and procedures
- Improve planning/scheduling processes and procedures, schedule management and control, schedule analysis etc. during different stage of projects

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Support/Assist RBU ATF Project Planning & Scheduling Set Up & Reporting Structure/Formats.
- Lead and Manages Project As-built Schedule Data Collection, Schedule Data archiving for KPI’s/efficiency calculations. Etc.
- Establish and keep up to date all planning and scheduling procedures, reporting templates and documentation based on the project requirements and/or corporate policies/procedures.
- Lead and manages reviews of Critical Path Activities and LLE/LLM
- Conducts/Chairs Interactive Planning Session (IAP)
- Lead and Manages Essential Team Trainings such as Planning Tools P6, PRA, TMS & EMP
- Lead and manages Auditing Schedule/ Program
- Lead the team to identify all potential project schedule risks and risk mitigation plans/work around in liaise with RBU-ATF Team
- Leads and Manages Planning and Scheduling support in preparing Bid Proposal Schedule and Other Proposal Requirement, Engineering and Procurement Schedule, Construction and Commissioning Schedule in liaise with the relevant individuals.
- Tracking of ATF Planning and Scheduling Resources Planning

**Show your expertise**:

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Excellent in Planning Software (P6 & Project Risk Analysis)
- More than 5 years experience in Construction Planning & Scheduling
- Scheduling Data Analysis
- Ability to work and coordination with Discipline Leads
- Excellent in Excel & Presentations
- Develop Schedules and timetables with clear, specific milestones and deadlines/Accurately estimate time and effort required to complete a task
