**PURPOSE**:
This position will report to Senior Manager, BiTS and be responsible for handling customer/vendor integration projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Gather detailed requirements related to system integration, data exchange and process workflows.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements for integration.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
- Assist in designing integration solutions, including data mapping, interface specifications and middleware configuration.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations.
- Support the SDLC with test plans, test cases, and test scripts, as well as participate in integration testing.
- Participate in project planning and ensure that development aligns with business objectives.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport management.
- Proven experience in gathering and analying business requirements for logistics or transportation projects.
- Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Experience with EDI/API integration and EDI mapping (preferably OpenText).
- Familiarity with freight management system.
