We are seeking a highly-motivated Senior Business Analyst who is mainly responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven solutions to support organizational goals. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis & Elicitation: Collaborate with BU Specialists to elicit and review business requirements. Analyse and document the "to be" business and operations processes based on the agreed requirements and/or function points, perform impact assessment. Responsible for analyzing and defining detailed functional and non-functional requirements based on business requirements. Monitor and manage risks/issues related to requirements and scope creep. Write business functional release notes and contribute to the deployment plan. Transition functional and non-functional requirements to System Analysts, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Work with the Test Manager to translate business requirements into test scenarios. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes. Testing & Scope Management: Clarify test findings escalated by the Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly. Perform impact assessment and estimation for projects. Requirements Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Financial Engineering or similar domain. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives. Experience in scoping and evaluation – Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. Strategic forward-thinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills.
