You will be joining a technology-driven, high-tech company with its headquarter based in Shanghai. The company is the first semiconductor AMHS solution provider in China and has established their presence in Singapore since 2018.

With rapid expansion in the SEA market, they are now looking for a qualified Sales Director to manage and oversee the sales operations in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Create and communicate sales goals to management and ensure progression of goals.

Hunt for new business development opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes. Ability to understand the shift of strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.

**Requirements**:
Min. 8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Commercial functions within the Semiconductor / AMHS industry.

Strong track record of success in sales OR strong technical knowledge in AMHS solutions.

Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Monthly salary ranges from $8,000 - $11,000, excluding commissions.
