Position: Customer Relationship Assistant Supervisor

**Job Description**:
Manages and monitors Contact Centre activities of a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure daily / monthly operational metrics are achieved
- Handle escalation, investigate and follow up on customers’ complaints, feedbacks & service recovery
- Review Customer Service Advisors quality of work and performance to observe individual demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company and client policy and procedure.
- Prepare and analyze Contact Centre Reports & Stats (i.e. KPI’s Stats) on weekly, monthly basis
- Supervise a team of Senior Customer Service Advisors (Training & Quality and Operations Team) to ensure their individual and team performance goals are achieved
- Regular review of the Contact Centre workflow and training materials along with Training & Quality
Team to ensure they are up to date and aligned with the objectives and to provide an advise / approval to the Operations Team for escalated cases.
- Creates and maintains standardized workflows and procedures. Provides recommendations for change and participates in the analysis of workflows and processes to improve accuracy/efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Salary**: Up to $3,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
