Operations Manager

**The tasks that await you**
- **Voyage planning**- Oversee vessel operations, including cargo load and discharge, ordering materials and bunkers, and updating itineraries.
- **Stakeholder coordination** - Communicate clearly with internal teams, crew, charterers, agents, stevedores and other third parties.
- **Documentation** - Handle essential paperwork such as bills of lading, letters of indemnity, manifests, laytime and freight invoices.
- **Problem-solving** - Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, resolve operational challenges and optimize voyages.

**Your core qualifications**
You hold problem-solving abilities and a foresighted mindset, allowing you to approach challenges in a structured and efficient manner. You can engage in several task with tight schedules, staying organised under complex conditions. You have familiarity with project cargo, unitised cargo, and liner terms, providing a solid understanding of important aspects within the shipping industry. Your knowledge of market practices and charter party terms also supports your ability to efficiently engage with industry processes and procedures.

Besides this you hold:

- 1-4 years of experience as a Vessel Operator focused on Multipurpose or Projects.
- Knowledge of SEDNA and IMOS systems.
