ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Support the CRM team to plan, organize and execute CRM activations encompassing unique experiences and vendors collaboration to ensure a smooth event execution for the ultimate client experience
- Understands and complies with Visual Merchandising criteria an ensures guidelines are adhered
- Establish clear communication of all activations with summary, objectives, and action plan to ensure all stakeholders are in alignment
- Gather qualitative feedback from the stores on our CRM experiences and gifting aiming to improve current practices
- Gather and prepare post-event performance to debrief on results and key learnings
- Plan, execute and continuously seek to elevate the client loyalty program: Birthday/ Special Occasion/ Year End gifting, meals and experiences, personalization of top/ high-end client development treatment
- Conceptualizing and executing your own Gen Z activation aligning to branding guidelines under the mentorship of the CRM Manager
- Implement website Visual Merchandising base on HQ guidelines for seasonal launches under the mentorship of the Ecommerce Team
- Learning the setup of web verification for the upcoming E-commerce fulfillment projects
