**Your role in a nutshell**:
To align with International Head Franchise and drive the implementation of all Global Learning programmes and initiatives across APAC Head Franchise markets, partnering with local Market Trainers/teams. To coach and develop Market Trainers to deliver brand, product and leadership initiatives.

- Key Job Accountabilities:
- Delivery of the Global Learning Academy remit across all APAC Head Franchise markets; aligning to International Head Franchise implementation strategies and priorities. Implement and coach Brand & Activism, Core Category & New Product Development, The Change Makers Workshop Store, Customer Experience, Leadership Development, Culture & Storytelling.
- Implement all International Head Franchise Learning Academy and People programmes across APAC Head Franchise Markets and support Markets to maximise implementation to drive sales growth.
- Be the zone expert and point of contact on all learning-related activities.
- Coach and direct Market Trainers/teams (with a focus on key markets) to ensure market training strategy and initiatives align with the International Head Franchise strategy and omnichannel marketing plan, ensuring that Markets are maximising local resources.
- Work closely with Market training teams and stakeholders to create yearly Market training plans that are aligned with Commercial and Business plans/OKR’s.
- Continually develop Market Trainers through the International Head Franchise Learning Academy Collective, and locally, including Train The Trainers, Roundtables, and other initiatives.
- Identify and lead/support implementation of necessary local adaptations to any Global/International Head Franchise Learning Academy assets and programmes, whilst maintaining the overall brand message and content.
- Lead the Learning Academy set-up and development in any new markets. Deliver the International Head Franchise Discovery Programme for all new markets.
- Share the specific needs of the APAC markets with the International Head Franchise Head of Learning/Global Learning Academy, to ensure market requirements are taken into consideration when setting strategy and creating assets.
- With Business Managers and Market Trainers, identify/initiate any specific learning interventions and solutions needed to support market sales growth, promotional mechanics and to increase the skills and competencies of Trainers, and share/collaborate with International Head Franchise Head of Learning ahead of implementation.
- Engage directly with markets, stores and internal customers at key times in the annual cycle to inform and collate ideas and insights. Share regular feedback/learnings with International Head Franchise Head of Learning and Global Learning Academy teams.
- Visit priority Markets to influence key stakeholders and support Market business growth through effective learning interventions and delivery.
- Work with both the wider APAC Head Office teams and the Market Trainers to understand the returns driven by initiatives in markets. Evaluate and report on these and recommend appropriate follow-up action/interventions.
- Maintain a market implementation dashboard for the Learning Academy rollout of all programmes.

Other accountabilities:
- Share a monthly market activity overview report with International Head Franchise.
- Complete SWOT analysis for International Head Franchise Campaign SWOTs.
- Coordinate with APAC HR team when required, to ensure that any legal adaptation of training material is completed.
- Proactively manage any Head Franchise Zone budget and provide forecasts on predicted spend.
- To facilitate departmental, team and business strategy events within APAC Head Offi
