**The Role**

This role is required to reflect our increased international presence and responsibility across the Asia Pacific region. As high priority territories for Brompton, this role will be part of a growing regional APAC Team, based at our APAC HQ in Singapore and reporting into the APAC Managing Director, along with a dotted line to Global Marketing Director.

To meet our growth ambitions, we need to build awareness, engagement, and trial amongst a broader range of prospective customers, while localising the global marketing strategy to the APAC region. This role will take ownership for developing and executing marketing plans in China, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, plus support for our distributor markets including South Korea. This role will involve working with in-territory sales managers, the global marketing team [London-based] and a host of agency/freelancer partners across the markets.

**Key responsibilities**

**APAC Marketing Plan**
- In conjunction with the Marketing team and APAC Sales Manager, lead development of the regional marketing strategy, annual budget and calendar through localization of global campaigns and the creation of local marketing campaigns.
- Develop and measure against KPIs for each territory.
- Identify and execute marketing campaigns across appropriate marketing channels to reach target audience in your region (including digital, outdoor, print, PR, trade, events, among other channels).
- Identify opportunities for content-marketing initiatives; collaborate with in-house teams to brief in content requests for regions.
- Where relevant, work closely with Global Events team to plan and coordinate events in your regions.

**Digital Marketing and Communications**
- Work closely with e-commerce teams to support new market e-commerce launches and continued growth of channels - through paid digital, SEO support, localized content, CRM. Liaise with global media agency to execute local marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain network of local agency/freelancer partners to support across PR, Social, Content.
- Support successful delivery of product and campaign launches across APAC regions.
- Build and manage agency KPIs to ensure delivery of growth targets for APAC regions.

**Local Trade and Retail Marketing**
- Work with Retail Marketing team to inform visual merchandising plan, including POS support materials, graphics, and guidelines for your regions.
- Localise Brompton Junction marketing plans for stores in your region. Work with Retail Marketing and Junction Operations teams in HQ to ensure new and existing Brompton Junctions are successfully launched and supported for ongoing growth through retail campaigns/POS, community marketing and exciting in-store events schedule.
- Brief in requirements for retail and trade marketing activities (including translation, POS, sales literature, and campaign elements) to Retail Marketing Team.
- Implement POS and campaigns to market once assets received from Retail Marketing Team.
- Support in territory Sales Manager with key accounts and initiate and create strategies to drive volume through partnership marketing and joint business plans for top accounts.
- Support the implementation of the Dealer Accreditation programme.
- Increase visibility and awareness of Brompton in dealer network across your region.

**Measures of success**
- Creation and execution of regional marketing strategy, informed by market insights for the region.
- Achievement of marketing objectives and KPIs within region
- On time delivery of all regional marketing campaign elements
- Support delivery of regional sales budgets

**Experience**
- Degree level qualification in Marketing, Business or a relevant field
- Proven experience in senior international marketing roles
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth,
- Experience managing and leading high-performance teams.
