**About the role**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Security Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and enhancing our security product portfolio. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, market trends, and industry best practices to create and execute a comprehensive security product roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing improvement of our security products.

**Responsibilities**
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear and actionable security product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives. Create a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and enhancements based on customer needs, market analysis, and competitive landscape.
- Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the security product market. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and elicit requirements to improve the security product offerings.
- Product Development and Execution: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute the development of new security products or product features. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Product Launch and Marketing: Develop comprehensive product launch plans, including marketing strategies, messaging, and positioning. Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product collateral, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials.
- Performance Analysis and Improvement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of security products and regularly monitor their performance. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance over time.
- Compliance and Regulatory Considerations: Stay up-to-date with security industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that products meet relevant security and privacy requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any potential concerns.
- Product Training and Support: Work closely with customer support and training teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide effective product support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies is desirable.
