As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will identify, strategize and grow key customer prospects by designing, building and growing our social media presence. At its core, marketing at PSO starts with technology and ends with the client, bringing both together in unconventional ways.
**- Key Responsibilities -**
- Drive the ideation, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, leveraging a balanced mix of digital and traditional media channels.
- Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram—crafting engaging posts, running targeted ad campaigns, and analysing engagement metrics to enhance performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within PSO to effectively communicate product launches, promotional campaigns, and key company announcements.
- Create and edit compelling content for websites, articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Continuously monitor the company’s social media presence, track competitor activities, and stay informed on industry trends.
- Conceptualise and launch interactive social campaigns and online contests to drive user engagement and strengthen connections with both new and loyal customers.
- Assess the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies through data analysis, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Recommend digital marketing budgets and implement resource allocation strategies to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.

**- Role Requirements -**

**Qualifications**:

- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.

**Eligibility**:

- Open to Singapore Citizens.

**Work Hours**:

- Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
