As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will identify, strategize and grow key customer prospects by designing, building and growing our social media presence. At its core, marketing at PSO starts with technology and ends with the client, bringing both together in unconventional ways.
**- Key Responsibilities -**
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers, while optimizing media mix across digital and traditional advertising channels.
- Manage and curate content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram—crafting engaging posts, executing targeted ad campaigns, and analysing post-performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at PSO to effectively communicate product launches, ongoing promotions, and key company updates.
- Create and edit compelling content for websites, articles, social media posts, and more.
- Continuously monitor the company’s social media presence, assess competitor activity, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Design and launch interactive online contests and dynamic social media campaigns to boost engagement and strengthen connections with both new and existing customers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies through data analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Recommend digital marketing budgets and implement resource allocation strategies to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.

**- Role Requirements -**

**Qualifications**:

- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.

**Eligibility**:

- Open to Singapore Citizens.

**Work Hours**:

- Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

- Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights to inform strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
