**Purpose**
To facilitate various adventure-based programs, workshops and related services for a wide range of clients.

To assist in administrative functions and assist juniors or interns with programme design and implementation, case management and departmental and organizational practices.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with stakeholders and Children and Young Persons (CYPs) on a weekly basis.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure care and support for the CYPs including in-family coaching and support.
- Data entry of all cases and preparation of monthly report submission to relevant authorities.
- Liaise with the relevant authorities on relevant case matters.
- Plan, design and organize adventure-based programmes and training materials.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure the smooth running of the programmes and provide technical and resource support for adventure-based activities.
- Ensure equipment functionality and maintenance to ensure the safety of clients.
- Participate and conduct research concerning programme effectiveness or measuring impact.
- Meet regularly with the Manager and Director to assess the progress and outcome of programmes.
- Mentor interns and junior workers as they assist in administrative and service delivery of BTAC programmes including vetting minutes and reports produced by them.
- Manage the allocated budget for assigned programmes.
- Take on assigned portfolios such as SOPs, research or projects as assigned by the Manager and Director.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor of Social Work/Psychology or a relevant specialization or a recognized Social Work qualification from the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW) is preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with or in a VWO/ NPO/ social service sector and working with CYPs and their families
- Have a passion for active sports or outdoor adventure and working with at-risk children and youths
- Must be comfortable with heights and in the water due to the nature of adventure-based activities
- Physically and medically fit as the job may require you to lead local and overseas expeditions which may involve trekking, climbing or paddling for long distances
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required to meet the demands of the job
- Preferably with an SNCS level 1 or higher, SNAS level 1 or higher, SCF 1-star award or higher, with a valid first aid certification
- Preferably with facilitation experience in ice breakers, team building/bonding games and problem-based activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month
