**Responsibilities**:
- Support quantitative and qualitative research, including in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, participant observations and surveys
- Conduct reviews of academic literature, as well as trends and social media scans
- Support the team’s work in impact evaluation, including liaising with stakeholders, donors and beneficiaries to collect and report relevant data
- Play an active role in planning and organising workshops / capability building sessions with both clients and study participants
- Assist with preparation of reports, proposals and presentations
Key Requirements:
- Preferably degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology or other related social science discipline
- Preferably with prior experience in applied social research
- Preferably with knowledge of impact measurement (programme outcome frameworks, logic models / theories of change) and/or impact evaluation designs would be an advantage
- Interest in public sector issues and desire to make a positive social impact
- Ambidextrous thinker who is comfortable with data but also able to think laterally and creatively
- A natural problem-solver who is self-motivated and has a passion for learning
- A collaborative team player who is also unafraid to articulate his or her points-of-view
- Organised, meticulous, deadline driven and able to multi-task
- Works well under pressure, with the patience and perseverance to see through long timelines
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
- Currently resides in Singapore
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to start immediately
