**JOB MISSION**

To characterize and match fragrances from different market products (home care, personal care & fine fragrances) for the region.

**MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Analyze and characterize fragrances (by GC/MS/FID) in a variety of consumer products such as in Fine Fragrance, Personal Care and Household, - Work on full fragrance formula reconstitution. Lead individual analytical projects and exchange and discuss results with Perfumers
- Support the day to day running of the laboratory, including maintenance of the GC/MS/FID equipment, purchasing consumables
- Maintain and develop a high level of fragrance raw material knowledge
- Mentoring to Junior Fragrances Analyst

**EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS**

Professional Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline preferable with Analytics background

**AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
- 6-10 Years relevant experience
- Proven experience in GCMS analysis, from ChemStation or other data processing software
- Expertise as Fragrance Analyst
- Deep knowledge of raw materials used in the fragrance industry (synthetic & natural)

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
- English language
