**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are currently looking for a Quality Control Fragrance Analyst to join our Fragrance Team. The position is located at our Singapore office at Tuas South. This role has high visibility within a growing innovative global organization.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities **include the following, but are not limited to:

- Perform QC organoleptic (odor, color) and analytical (GM-MS) evaluation for all raw materials and production batches
- Daily operation of SAP OM modules
- Evaluate pre-shipped raw materials with the perfumery department to validate
- Collection and organization of raw material and production batch samples
- Management of raw material retains (labeling, filing and disposal)
- Maintain QC raw material and production batches data files and documentation
- Prepare and run samples for GC-MS analysis
- Evaluate GC-MS analysis and make decisions for consumption
- Run spectrum & density analysis (Rudolph)
- Run flashpoint analysis (Eralytics)
- Issue ISO 9000 documentation for non-conformities
- Perform other incidental and related QC duties as required and assigned
- Preparation of COA’s

**EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Must have High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry, Life Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control required
- High ability to work independently under pressure and within deadlines
- High energy, flexible and responsive work style: ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English, oral and written
- Solid organization skills
- Team player interested to work in a multicultural environment
- Must have the ability to follow oral, written directions or in diagram form, and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Writes clearly and informatively. Varies writing style to meet needs
- Basic computer skills are necessary
