Policy Enforcement Manager, Youtube Trust and Safety

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in operations (i.e., scaled/sales operations, vendor management, or process/organizational development).

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Experience in the misinformation or elections space.
- Experience in SQL and spreadsheet software.- Ability to work cross-functionally, think strategically, and keep our users safe while protecting free speech.- Excellent analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action.

As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you are responsible for working with a global team from Policy, Enforcement, Product, Engineering, Tools, Legal and other teams to prevent violative content from appearing on the site. With cutting edge tools and technology, you evaluate abuse trends and quality within vendor operations, and develop creative solutions to address quality, workflows and processes. You review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities. This role will review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enforce YouTube’s misinformation content policies and ensure high quality policy enforcement.
- Oversee YouTube’s Impersonation workflow including tooling improvements and scaled workflow optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on misinformation issues and clearly communicate initiatives to the broader organization, including local teams.
- Execute elections integrity strategy across YouTube in close partnership with Legal, Product, Engineering, Intel, Google Trust and Safety, and YouTube Trust and Safety Content Policy.
- Manage escalations in the misinformation space while ensuring high quality enforcement and clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
