As Continental Lead for Market Business Tech (BT) Operations**, **you take the overall ownership and accountability for the “bigger picture”. You are leading and developing your team of IT Operations Manager APAC in our Sales Markets in Asia Pacific being responsible for stable tech operations and colleague focused support. Your communication skills allow you to convey complex technical information in a clear & concise manner to a diverse group of stakeholders, both written & verbally. By acting in line with our values & being a role model, you contribute to your own H&M’s business success.
**Key responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Leadership**:
- Take ownership of **Tech Operations** in the continental setup, covering locations such as Greater China, India, AUZ&NZ, SEA, and NEA.
- Facilitate collaboration between **Tech** and **Business** teams (Sales and Supply Chain).
- Set and uphold global standards for day-to-day business operations within your sales markets and regions.
- Lead and develop a team of **IT** Operations Managers**.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure stable tech operations and provide colleague-focused support.
- ** Governance and Compliance**:
- Implement and contribute to the governance and reporting model.
- Act as a point of contact and escalation for **Cyber Security** matters.
- Monitor market legal compliance.
- Work with Global Tech Team enabling functions, support audits, and assist in financial management.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Communicate, collaborate, and align with diverse regional and global stakeholders.
- Serve as a role model by embodying our company values.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Technology Operations
- 8+ years’ experience as a Tech generalist with strong infrastructure understanding in the different areas.
- You are good in financial and asset management including our procurement process.
- Process management and agile methodology are very familiar concepts for you to follow our global cadences and policies.
- You have the ability to identify possible gaps and close them as needed.
- Leadership / staff responsibility with a clear people and development focus.
- Ability to coach and empower team members to grow professionally and increase performance.
- ITIL: Foundation certified.
- Agile Methodology (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Implementing and maintaining tech standards and processes.
- Stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

**Additional Information**
This is a full-time position and can be based in Hong Kong, Shanghai or Singapore. This role includes occasional travel to other sales countries/markets.
