**Salary range offered: $2,200 to $2,500**

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a **Logistics Quality Control (QC) Worker**to ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods meet the company’s quality standards. This role involves inspecting shipments, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality control requirements. The QC Officer will work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Quality Control & Inspection
- Conduct inspections on incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform visual and physical quality checks on outgoing shipments before dispatch.
- Identify and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.

Logistics & Documentation
- Verify shipment documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders.
- Ensure that products are labelled correctly and meet customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and rejected items.

Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to resolve quality issues.
- Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise and monitor their effectiveness.

Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes.
- Communicate quality issues to relevant departments and recommend solutions.
- Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Prior experience in quality control, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
