The Solution Sales Executive is responsible for engaging SMEs and top-tier local corporate clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. This role focuses on delivering tailored consultancy solutions, including ERP systems, HR advisory, and overseas expansion strategies. You will be expected to identify client needs, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to implement customized solutions. As a key point of contact, you will ensure client satisfaction and contribute to long-term partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage SMEs and top-tier local corporate clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored consultancy solutions.
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods to generate leads.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, and closing.
- Deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical and consultancy teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, HR consultancy, or services related to overseas expansion.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in ERP systems, HR advisory, or overseas market entry strategies is highly desirable.
