**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage all vehicle maintenance purchasing processes in SAP system for SembWaste
- Preparation and submission of required monthly reports
- Responsible for maintaining vehicle costing for FM
- Liaising with suppliers for general & administrative purchases
- Verification and preparation of all documents before submission for approval for payments/billings
- Ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Liaising with suppliers for compactor maintenance purchases
- Responsible of all purchasing processes in SAP system
- Preparation and submission of required monthly reports
- Verification and preparation of all documents before submission for approval for payments/billings
- HR/Administrative duties for compactor maintenance personnel
**Requirement**
- Completed GCE level / Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics / Operations Management
- Oral communication in Mandarin
- Able to work independently
