**About Us**
Loby Tech is a newly established Singapore-based PropTech start-up that simplifies the building management with a single system that connects cross-functional teams with intuitive and smart solutions.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our business growth in the region. The BDM will be primarily responsible for driving growth of the business and customer engagement through new customer acquisition (sales), management of existing accounts as well as developing and implementing appropriate marketing initiatives.
**Desired Skill Set and Experience**
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in business development and / or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales role.
- Demonstrated track record of contract execution and achieving of sales target in a digital product consultancy / start-up / SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated track record of planning and managing deals from pre-sales to post-sales follow ups.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Inquisitive and solutions-oriented mindset to address needs that supports client's business objectives.
- Have strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation skills, strategic planning skills and problem solver.
- Possess interest in latest digital trends, particularly within the area of PropTech, property trends and development as well as digital product development.
- Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team and communicate effectively in a remote collaboration environment.
- Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
