**Deputy Manager - (Innovations & Partnerships) 2-years contract**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conducts regular industry scans and market research to identify trending of emerging technologies and industry champions, to curate SUTD value propositions for industry engagement leading to collaborative opportunities
- Formulate strategies and implement initiatives for industry engagement and development of new sub-projects
- Plan and execute marketing, business development and outreach activities to educational organizations, industry partners and agencies.
- Identify and promote funding and collaboration opportunities to facilitate formation of sub-projects
- Work closely with SUTD faculty, researchers, funding agencies on matters pertaining to industry collaboration projects, including but not limited to agreements and contract drafting and negotiations
- Manage and monitor all projects and budget
- Monitor and track the key performance indicators of all sub-projects
- Co-ordinate project report submissions for funding agencies
- Assist and support the management team in regular reporting of progress for all sub-projects

**Skills / Experience Required**
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years of working experience in an outreach role
- Experience in account management including relationship building, interpersonal skills, negotiation and networking experience with industry partners
- Experience in project and event management
- Demonstrate interest in STEM research developments
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams
