**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in F&B operations or a related role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with other operational management software such as POS.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
