- Drive the Company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control performance at all construction sites involving QM, Conquas and QMS in terms ISO standards.
- Oversee the renewal audits & surveillance certification audits of all existing ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications.
- Head a team of maintenance staffs
- Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall maintenance progress based on schedule of works
- Understand and ensure Site Safety requirements are met while executing works on site by Sub-contractors
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Good working attitudue, committed and ability to meet tight schedules
- Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experiences in Project Managerment for residential, government and commercial building projects (preferably in Building Facade Work)
