**Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning

Prepares monthly management reports for management review.

Business Performance and Management
- To perform credit review and decision in accordance with the DA assigned at this level.
- Involved in system enhancement projects as and when required.
- Work with other business units (sales, portfolio, outsourcing) to ensure that the smooth transition of operations across units. Any other credit processing relating duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

People Management

Regulatory Compliance
- Review the approval process and ensuring compliance to all internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Review the policies on a regular basis and make changes as and when required so as to ensure that it is relevant to the current market conditions.

Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements:
**Qualifications**:
Minimally, a Diploma/Degree holder

Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan processing is a must Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Personal Skills (Soft Competencies)
- Posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
