**Job Purpose**: The role is to be responsible for the end-to-end management of our credit card products, driving strategy, performance, and process optimisation.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for credit card offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop optimised processes to ensure successful ongoing management of the credit card products* Conduct thorough market research and analyse customer feedback to identify needs and opportunities for product enhancements* Monitor key performance metrics, use data to drive decision-making and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience and drive profitability* Oversee the budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and trackingRequirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in product management, preferably in the credit card industry* Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and with a focus on data-driven decision-making* Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and compliance standards are met with mínimal risk* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to work collaboratively across teams* Customer Focus: Understanding of customer’s needs to ensure operational processes enhance service delivery* Problem Solving: Strong skills in identifying problems and developing effective solutions* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines* Process Mapping: Proficient in creating process maps and flowcharts to visualise workflows-en
