Local Unit & Position Description:
DNV Maritime Academy Region South East Asia, Pacific & India, offers training solutions to external clients in the field of Maritime and Offshore related services. The region covers major countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Philippines, and Australia/New Zealand. This is a region of strategic importance to DNV and hosts a large maritime cluster, including high concentration of clients in Singapore which is a major hub for maritime business as well as offshore newbuilding and conversion activities.

DNV’s Maritime Academy Singapore has grown significantly over the past years and has been very actively interacting with our clients. The route to global success is characterized by delivery of high standard content as well as design and structure of up-to-date topics delivered by qualified experts.

We are looking for an ambitious, digitally savvy and dynamic intern to join us in bringing energy and passion to manage and maximize its business. The position will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Academy for South East Asia, Pacific ＆ India. **Responsibilities**
- Support marketing activities including internal and external newsletter/articles.
- Handle public and customer training enquiries
- Support to facilitate live online training course to ensure smooth running of programme
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- And other related ad hoc activities

Position Qualifications:

- Pursuing a university degree
- Meticulous, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent team-player, open to collaborate and share with the ability to also getting things done independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Global mindset with a profound background and experiences in Asia
