Local Unit & Position Description:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Support in administrative, controlling and corporate finance activities
- Participating in weekly meetings with the finance team
- Upon request, support the Finance and Investment team in structuring new transaction
- Invoice recording
- Archiving
- Support in the monthly/six-monthly and annual cut off phases
- Vat registration and accounting entries

**During the internship, he/she can gain the followings**:
**Skills**:

- Oracle Finance knowledge, such as assist in project set up, issue invoice, etc
- Maritime production tools, how Salesforce, NPS and NCert production tools will affect the data going into Oracle finance
- Involved in New Ways of working or FiS efficiency projects
- Data analyst - create report based on the business area requirements, example New Building dashboard in Power BI
- Data checking and reconciliation
- Handling and resolve issues related to invoicing

**Experience**:

- He/She will experience looking at real data in maritime area and how to process this data to be useful for different type of users
- He/She will also experience using Oracle Finance system and be part of central invoicing team

Position Qualifications:

- Business or Financial degree / graduation with past experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of Excel
