Qhse Solution Consultant

Local Unit & Position Description:
DNV Digital Solutions is building presales, project management, consultancy, and implementation capability within the region APAC to support and develop the ongoing business.

We are looking for a
**QHSE Consultant** to strengthen our QHSE team. The role will report to the QHSE leader in APAC and will involve travel to customer sites within the region supported.

The consultant will be responsible for providing presales and business development activities, software implementation and technical services to our clients in the region, and project management when needed. This involves supporting in project setup, requirements gathering and analysis, documenting the implementation, communicating the implementation progress to all stakeholders, and working closely with clients and Sales Managers.

The consultant will need to interface with a wide range of disciplines within DNV and will be responsible for working on a range of critical projects, working with clients in SEA and the wider APAC region.

The role would include the following duties:

- Pre-sales and business development activities together with sales managers e.g., configuring demo DB & teamwork for preparation of tender response and proposals.
- Delivering webinars, seminars and jointly conduct other marketing activities.
- Attend workshops/meetings to gather customer requirements then prepare appropriate specification documents and scopes of work.
- Advise external customers best practice so that they get the best possible ROI on their Synergi Life system.
- Test the installation and configuration work you have performed as well as testing the work performed by other consultants.
- Identify opportunities to add value to customer’s implementations.
- Cooperation with technical support team and product management team.
- Project management.
- Client training.

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline
- Professional experience likely to be more than 5 years, preferably with prior experience of QHSE management and software
- Knowledge of QHSE domain, such as incident management, risk management, environmental management and occupational health would be a distinct advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and proactive attitude
- Project management experience
- Understanding of the current IT Architecture, and network Infrastructures
- Experience of relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle) and programming language will be an advantage
- A service-minded and problem-solving attitude that will create a positive impact on end-users
- Well-motivated, reliable, ability to work independantly as well as in a team
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Pro-active and customer-orientated
- Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
