The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technology requirements. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

I. 10+ years for experience and minimum 5 years’ experience is working as a business analyst or retail consultant

II. Previous experience working with a product company, experience in product roll out is a must have

III. Demonstrate thought leadership and collaborate with customer for roll out strategy and planning discussions

V. Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences

VI. Identify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design

VII. Producing required project documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, UAT plan).

VIII. Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process

IX. Serve as a liaison between business and IT to gather requirements needed for system modifications/enhancements

X. Prior onsite experience will be a plus
