As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a knack for social media outreach and the ability to engage potential clients. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
As an SDR, you will play a critical role in our sales team, focusing on generating new leads and setting appointments with potential clients. You will leverage your communication skills and social media expertise to reach out to brands and businesses, introducing them to our products/services and securing opportunities for further engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through social media platforms, tailored to target markets in China.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and securing appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate information on leads and interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize outreach materials and strategies.
- Provide feedback from potential clients to improve sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken. Have to have basic English skills to be able to talk with us.
- Proven experience in sales development, social media outreach, and client communication.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to engage effectively with a professional audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively to meet goals.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office (or similar).
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.
