
Assistant Manager, Membership Admin

JOB SUMMARY:
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Membership department.
- Responsible for effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, the Club and members.
- Maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, procedures, policies, and database.
- Event planning and coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending to the department’s day-to-day operational matters which include but not limited to the department process, feedback management, internal communication, and external correspondences.
- Attending to the department’s administrative matters which include but not limited to database maintenance, documentation process and management, and report generation.
- Maintenance of the department’s materials/ collaterals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, procedures, and policies to facilitate day-to-day operational efficiency as well as quality audits.
- Members’ engagement and communication management which include but not limited to updates of the Club’s latest products and services through multiple channels (e.g., telephone, newsletters, social media, EDMs and other possible publicity materials).
- Problem solving and feedback management in a timely and equitable manner.
- Department’s event management from formulating, sourcing, corresponding to execution.
- Provide support to Membership Director in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and timely department reports to Membership Director.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Degree holder.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar capacity in luxury hotels, major airlines, membership clubs, and banks with good administrative and customer service records.
- A meticulous, resourceful, and proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to take initiative, be independent and handle various projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in English & Chinese preferred.
- Excellent administrative, customer service, operational and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Successful records of achieving positive results in an organization that measures and rewards individual performance preferred.
- Smart and well-groomed appearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
