**Job Overview**:
Our client is a global MNC and a leading electronics manufacturer to hire a **Sales Account Manager**to manage key customer accounts, ensuring sustained growth and high client satisfaction. This is a **newly created position**to support internal realignment and to take ownership of product lines previously managed by a senior team member transitioning to a new role. The person will Reports to the Sales Director.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and relationship management
- Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
- Drive account performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure high service standards
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and assist in pricing and negotiation discussions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to add strategic value to client discussions

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in **Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)**or **electronic components sector**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with both clients and cross-functional teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Technically inclined; comfortable engaging with engineering or manufacturing-related topics
