Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who can drive success for some of our largest and fastest growing accounts across the APAC region. In this role you will be driving adoption of our Sendbird Products, delivering impactful outcomes in alignment with our customers' business goals and navigate complex customer organizations and problems.
**Who You Are**:
- You have strong experience in managing business goals and driving success for complex and fast growing organizations.
- You are an excellent communicator and are able to drive alignment of KPIs across all customer stakeholder levels, as well as internally within our Sendbird Teams.
- You don't shy away from difficult situations that require creative out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving abilities.
- You are technically savvy and have a knack for learning new technologies.
**What You Will Do**:
- You will manage a customer portfolio of some of our largest accounts and drive business impact through Customer Success Plans.
- You will drive adoption, oversee deployment of our Sendbird solutions, spot opportunities for new use cases, benchmark progress and setup the customer for success - providing them with an extraordinary customer experience.
- You are an advocate for our customers' business growth and find solutions to complex problems, working with our internal Sales, Engineering and Product Teams.
- You will spot and mitigate risks with accounts early, drive awareness of the problem externally and internally and find resolutions.
- You will work with a world-class CSM team, learning from each other's experience and knowledge, and participate in regional and global initiatives as we further evolve our organization.
**What You Offer**:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success (or a similar consultative role), driving business success for complex and large customer organizations.
- Experience in managing and achieving business impactful KPIs, and the ability to communicate these goals effectively among different levels of management and stakeholder roles (such as Product Managers, Developers, Business Leaders, C-Level).
- An unrelenting desire to solve problems for customers, with diplomacy, tact and poise.
- Great organizational and time management skills, and experience working with remotely distributed global teams in different timezones.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas that inspire customers and Sendbird team members.
