**Job Responsibility**:

- Build, Maintain, and enhance good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Implement FIFO to ensure product rotation and check on near-expired stock regularly to minimize returns.
- To achieve the agreed sales target set by the company.
- Monitor and recommend the optimal stock holding level to retailers to avoid out-of-stock or overstock.
- Able to understand basic selling procedures.
- Manage the payment process & comply with the company’s payment policy.
- Manage the itinerary given and ensure that all outlets allocated per day are being serviced.
- Deliver professional and quality sales and after-sales services.
- Be able to communicate to retailers on the trade activities & mechanics.
- Provide feedback on sales/operation issues, competitor's promotion/pricing, and market sentiments.

**Key Requirement**:

- GCE “N” Level Certificate or equivalent
- Possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in General Trade (e.g. Mini Mart & Provision Shop)
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and Customer service skills
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
- Possesses own vehicle with Class 3 driving license or Bike.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
