Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling all payroll functions and related documents.
Work with Directors and General Managers to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
- Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook, and other HR documents current.
- Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Attending / Understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ medical, company’s insurance policies.
- Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination.
- Maintaining all employees’ personal records and files.
- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
**Job Requirements**:

- Computer Proficiency such as proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Sage Software (Payroll) or any other Payroll Software.
