**Job Objectives**
This position helps Airbus and Satair succeed by materializing business opportunities into contractual agreements, in compliance with our policies and while minimizing our risks. He/She ensures proper lifecycle management of our downstream contracts, harmonizes the contracting experience of our customers across sites and entities (Airbus vs Satair), and also supports Aircraft Sales Campaigns by providing negotiation guidance on material-related topics and balancing risk and opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
**Manage the Contract Lifecycle for all Downstream Contracts for Satair and Airbus Channels**
- Manage the contractual templates, combining both technical and commercial provisions, by updating them to the latest applicable standards and by drafting new templates for all relevant recurring downstream contracts
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders during drafting of new templates as well as during negotiation
- Ensure proper confidentiality, KYC, Export and any other relevant compliance checks are adhered to
- Issue customized templates in support of sales campaigns to kick-off contractual negotiations
- Support sales campaigns by either providing relevant input for negotiation or, on request, negotiating contractual terms directly with customers and aiming for win-win agreements by balancing between customers’ demands and company’s regulations/limitations/expectations
- Manage the internal approval loop in line with respective processes of the relevant involved entities and at the correct levels
- Manage the internal and external signature loop in line with respective processes of the relevant involved entities and at the correct levels while aiming to deploy digital signature as standard
- Manage the archiving and debriefing of any signed contract
- Remind all relevant stakeholders of upcoming contractual milestones and deadlines and initiate any amendment, terminations etc as necessary
- Provide contractual summaries and any other required information as necessary to all relevant stakeholders
**Drive the Digitalization of the Contract Lifecycle Management**
- Manage the content, administrate and drive the evolution of Satair’s intelligent contracts management system Icertis for all relevant stakeholders within Satair Manage and support the deployment of digital signature tool Docusign for the benefit of all relevant stakeholders within Satair
- Represent the interests of Satair and support Airbus in finding a new contracts lifecycle management solution
- Support any other digitalization projects for the benefit of all stakeholders within Satair.
**Manage and Drive the Evolution of Satair’s Commercial Policies**
- Review effectiveness of each policy and drive updates as necessary
**Support Aircraft Sales Campaigns and Ensure Compliance with Aircraft Purchase Agreements**
- Support aircraft sales campaigns with regards to any topics falling in the scope of Satair’s activity by providing expertise, review and propose wording for the aircraft purchase agreement and support negotiations
- Receive debrief after the aircraft purchase agreement is signed and ensure proper communication and downflow of relevant obligations to Satair
**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years of experience in an international commercial contracting environment, or another relevant role
- At least 2 years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts in English or equivalent experience.
- Preferably a university degree in Law, Business, Finance, (Aerospace) Engineering or equivalent
- Ideally a high degree of aviation business understanding
- Customer minded with a strong intercultural understanding
- Diplomacy, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Able to reach agreements on a non-confrontational win-win basis
- Team player with a Positive attitude
- Ability to participate and contribute to transversal, international projects and company targets
- Able to work in a self-directed, autonomous mode with mínimal supervision
- Professional level of discretion, keeping confidentiality of contractual matters Solid skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace is a plus
