**You are**
- A never-say-die hustler who hungers for growth

- The person in your group of friends who facilitates conversations and crack jokes
- Strong communicator with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized with strong project management skills
- Competitive in nature and values teamwork
- Always excited to exceed your limits and have shown success in meeting monthly targets
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Marketing roles
- (Bonus) Experienced in HR/ Productivity solutions for the F&B/Retail/ blue-collar industry.
- Posses design and editing skills for both image and video
- Able to work in fast paced environment

**You will find yourself**
- Being part of the company’s growth momentum and working with the partnership team to share ideas and brainstorm creative contents with partners
- Assist in partner related activities such as prospecting new partners, managing existing partners, onboarding and running creative campaigns with partners.
- Assist in identifying partnership opportunities with other businesses that are aligned with StaffAny across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Brainstorm & create content for partnership across key markets, not limited to Events, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Assist with events lead by Partnership team.
- Any other job duties or ad-hoc projects that are pertaining to the scope within the Partnerships team.
- Keeping track of leads, pipeline, building relationships and managing campaigns with different partners.
- Being accountable for personal results
- Achieving targets as a team

**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
