**Services: Wedding Planning & Decor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**: Identify and engage with HNW individuals to promote/introduce our bespoke wedding planning and decor services.
- **Sales Consultation**: Prepare materials/pitch decks based on our given guidelines to conduct personalized consultations with potential clients to present customized wedding and decor solutions that align with their unique tastes, needs, and budget.
- **Lead Generation & Networking**: Leverage your existing network and actively seek new leads within the HNW community to generate business opportunities. Attend high-profile events, industry gatherings, and social events to expand connections and promote our services.
- Work closely with our design and event planning teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests. Provide feedback and insights to the team to refine offerings and enhance client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role targeting HNW clients. A background in hospitality, banking, real estate, luxury services, or any other field with exposure to managing HNW individuals is a must.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A keen interest in the wedding planning and decor industry, with a desire to work in the luxury event space.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals. High level of initiative and drive.

**Compensation**:
This is a fully commission-based position. The earning potential is unlimited, with commissions tied directly to sales performance. There will be no monthly fixed compensation provided and you are expected to engage as an independent sales consultant to partner with us in growing the business.
