The Client Services team provides industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to product and technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development, successful deployment and support of Visa products and services, enabling our client facing teams to deliver and scale new products, services, and initiatives into the market.

**What **a**n** **Implementation **Consultant**, **Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS)** **does at Visa**:
Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) is a key business pillar in Visa that leads money movement solutions and platforms for commercial clients - from micro, small and mid-sized companies to large corporations, government institutions and other payment enablers across their journey. The CMS Client Service team is responsible for closely partnering with our clients and internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver CMS solutions and platforms, ranging from new client implementations and onboarding to business-as-usual support, consultation and client success.

In this role, you are expected to:

- Provide project management support to Visa client institutions, processors and/or third-party platforms in assigned region to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand product setup requirements and facilitate product installations, conversions and maintenance requests without client impact.
- Represent client change requests, system or operational requirements; negotiate and manage expectations internally and externally.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project scope documents, project plans, status reports, and issue log.
- Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to management on weekly or monthly basis and consistently log project progress on Microsoft Dynamics, Teams and/or SharePoint.
- Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions, technology providers and internal stakeholders.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision for own assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve challenging and complex problems within the established deadlines.
- Coordinate effectively with internal resources or stakeholders to ensure quality delivery on commitments and client consultations.
- Stay current with industry and client trends and maintain a strong knowledge of Visa payment products and services.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
What you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in product/project management or technical support in the payments industry/technology industry.
Functional project management, business analysis or technical support experience in a client facing role
Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
Good experience with API project implementations and technology such as HTML, JSON, XML, SQL along with tools such as SOAP UI and Postman.
Good experience with data-interfacing projects to downline platforms for reporting and reconciliation of commercial data.
Ability to break down problems into solvable components and utilize existing support mechanisms to resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills in negotiating and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal leadership team on project status and action items.
