**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Office Administration & HR Executive to join our team.
**POSITION: OFFICE ADMIN & HR EXECUTIVE
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide office administration:
- Handle travel arrangements, air-tickets booking, hotel reservations and airport transfers
- Work collaboratively with IT support, computers, mobile phones and accessories requisition and termination
- Handle courier/mail services and track letters and parcels
- Handle stationery and pantry orders
- Responsible for office upkeep and maintenance
- Prepare invoice, delivery order and purchase order from accounting system
- Support ad hoc administration tasks as assigned
- Provide HR support
- Coordinate interviews and staff benefits
- Coordinate lunch events, administer insurance coverage
- Coordinate trade exhibitions & company events
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or above qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of office administration experience
- Flexible and willing to commit overtime when required (very mínimal)
- Resourceful, able to find solutions independently, flexible and willingness to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving & international environment
- Team Player
- Proficient with MS Office especially Excel
