**Job description**:
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the director's working life and communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact between the director, staff and external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Other ad-hoc secretarial duties

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality is a must
- 1-2 years experience preferably but will welcome fresh graduates as well
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel etc
- Able to work independently
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Well groomed and positive attitude with polite communication skills
- 5.5 working days per week
- Office Hours: 11am to 8pm (Mon - Fri) and 11am to 3pm (Sat)

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
