Project Manager to Raysearch Singapore

RaySearch Asia is expanding their Service team with a Project manager that will coordinate the clinical implementation of our innovative software. Come join our fight against cancer

It is a full-time position based in Singapore, but with customers in all APAC regions. The position therefore includes frequent traveling.

**About the position**:
As a project manager you will be responsible for the full product delivery of our software from achieved sales to the go-live at the customer sites (clinics). This includes planning with internal and external teams, taking the lead during the installation and communicating with necessary stakeholders throughout the whole project. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting and tracking of all deliverables from contracts and customer agreements to project milestones and deadlines using the CRM system. As a project manager you are also responsible for the coordination of the customer training.

**Your profile**:
You have a background in project or product delivery, preferably within HealthTech, MedTech or other highly regulated environments. You are experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing software implementations from initial planning through successful go-lives. With an understanding of the clinical environment, you are comfortable with navigating the needs of both healthcare professionals and technical stakeholders. You bring excellent communication and organizational skills, and you know how to build trust and maintain alignment. You take initiative, solve problems creatively and makes a difference with your management. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.

**Qualifications & experience**:

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. university degree in relevant field
- Experience of sales processes and CRM systems
- Experience of customer service and direct customer communication
- Experience of managing resources, scheduling and timelines
- Project management experience of delivering software solutions.

**Meriting**:

- Experience from MedTech industry, particularly the fields of oncology and radiotherapy
- Understanding and experience of clinical workflows
- Understanding of software development and integration.
