Overview
Project Manager (Renovation/ Interior Design/ Furniture Industry) - Up to $5500
Location: Toa Payoh Industrial (Bus stop nearby). Working hours: 5.5 days a week — Monday to Friday 9am–6pm; Saturday 9am–1pm. Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $5500 (Basic up to $5000 + $300 Transport Allowance if owns a vehicle + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave). Duration: Permanent. Industry: Interior Fit-out.
Responsibilities
Plan, control, monitor, manage and direct assigned project resources to meet project objectives.
Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
Efficient management of resources and materials; supervise project sites, attend site meetings, coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and clients; manage all scope of work required for successful project development.
Assist in resolving issues or challenges during project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage materials at construction sites to minimize wastage and avoid overstock.
Manage manpower and overtime costs to stay within or below budget.
Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-out Industry.
Minimum higher NITEC / Diploma or candidates with relevant experience and proven track records will be considered.
Experience in Construction / Interior Design / Furniture Industry is an added advantage.
Able to start work within short notice preferred.
