As the **Sales Intern**, you will work with various departments for document approval process, manage purchase orders, support customers' meeting and visits and be involved in the daily operations of the Sales team. Opportunities within the organisation is available based on overall performance.
- Manage Purchase Orders in Online system with accuracy and timeliness
- Purchase Order coordination and communication with customers and Sales
- Coordinate shipment and delivery of orders to the customer
- Work with Bizops, Legal and Finance teams for all sales related document approval processes
- Document Management
- Coordinate and support customers’ meetings and visits
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Asist in day-to-day operations of Sales Team
- Opportunities within the organisation is available based on overall performance

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with MS Office
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good customer care and communication skill
- Able to multitask, work independently

**Timeline**:

- Rolling intake basis
- At least 6 months Attachment Programme preferred

**Job Types**: Temporary, Internship

**Salary**: $9.00 per hour
