CrescoData is embarking on the next stage of its journey as it has recently been acquired by the
global shipping and mailing company Pitney Bowes. This strategic investment enhances the
Company’s product offerings for mid-high volume Ecommerce shippers. It also accelerates Pitney
Bowes Enterprise Shipping and Locker go-to-market strategy for the Retail and Pharmacy verticals.

Reporting directly to the CTO, this role suits someone who is looking to utilise their technical skills to
assist with driving revenue.

**What You'll Do**

**Pre-Sales + Customer Support**
- Works across the business assisting with technical questions in pre-sales, existing customer

uplift or support projects to ensure scalability, compliance and best practices
- Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges
- Partner with the Customer Success team to engage clients on discussions, design and
- recommend solutions based on customer’ needs.- Contribute to business development by doing product demos and technical workshops
- Responsible for putting together all technical requirements documents
- Build proto-types for new integrations
- Liaising with customers and channels to setup working test accounts and agree on data flows

**PB integration projects**
Is the key technical touch point for all Pitney Bowes integration projects- Provides integration requirements

**Mentor Development Team**
Build proto-types based on pre-sales requirements- Advises on best implementation method for scale and data security

**Skills and Qualifications**
We'd like you to have the following skills:

- Minimum 10 years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales

technical role
- AWS Cloud Solution Architect and Engineering
- Designing technical architecture, including:

- Solution architecture of transactional SaaS platforms and integrations
- composing data flows of interconnected systems
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or

equivalent experience
- Experience presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences

- Strong written skills: Experience in responding to RFP’s and Technical requirements

documents
- Understands and experience in Data Security ideally working with GDPR or ISO2007 data

security requirements
- In addition, the following skills would be useful:
- Expert knowledge of AWS Cloud architecting
- Experience and strong knowledge in AWS
- Ability to perform code reviews
- Proven success at enterprise software ideally in eCommerce, fintech, martech or travel
