
Temp Admin Assistant

Provide administrative support by preparing and updating statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as receiving visitors
- Handle telephone and sales inquiries
- Handle all order transfers, cancellations, and returns management in the ordering system
- Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to provide timely catering order service and resolve issues
- Report and escalate issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Support in-service recovery and providing any necessary information on orders
- Report and analyse Catering KPIs (Sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc) for all sites
- Other ad-hoc tasks by Management
**Requirements**:
- GCE O Level and above
- At least 1 year of admin experience
- Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
**Working Days**: Monday - Friday
**Working Hours**: 9am - 6pm
**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 1 month
**Salary**: Up to $10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
